Review of Chromia(CHR): B — Stable Outlook and Moderate Risk
TokenInsight has recently published the rating report for Chromia(CHR), which has received a project rating of B with a stable outlook.
❔What is Chromia:
The Chromia project is developed by a Swedish technology company, ChromaWay, and hopes to build an application platform that allows project developers to easily deploy DApps.
Key Points:
✅Chromia uses a PBFT algorithm mechanism to ensure data security, but in order to enhance the reliability of its data system, the project’s overall data will be further anchored on a POW public blockchain (e.g. Bitcoin or Ethereum).
✅Postchain is a database framework specifcally designed by Chromia to tackle existing problems within the blockchain industry such as low TPS and high transaction costs.
✅ Each DApp within the Chromia system will have its own side chain, which will further provide communication with the directory chain and token chain roots to support the operation and transfer of DApps.
✅There are 50 members currently on the Chromia team, which includes 20 people on the technical team, 8 people on the marketing team, and 9 people on the consultant team. The team is well structured and the distribution of employees seems reasonable.
✅According to TokenInsight’s monitoring of Chromia’s community data, up until May 22th, 2019, the project currently has 4,708 community members on Twitter, and its Telegram group members reached a total 5,762.
Result:
TokenInsight gives B to Chromia with a stable outlook. Overall, the risk of Chromia is moderate.
